Housing-

The patricians lived in houses called Domus'. Patricians were also commonly able to afford both a town house and a country villa. Their houses had high ceilings and-and high doors, but not many windows. Even though they had large houses, they did not have many windows. Slaves did most of the work around the house.

Men & Women-

Both men and women were there, yes. But, women weren't citizens as men were. Therefore, they couldn't be patricians. Women were treated more as property than citizens.
